Accessibility statement
What this site can do — and what it cannot.
We sell accessibility. So we start with ourselves: this site is audited against WCAG 2.1 level AA, the defects we found are fixed, and what remains open is set out below. This statement is voluntary.
Voluntary, not compliance paperwork
Whether this website falls under the German Accessibility Strengthening Act has not been assessed legally — so we do not claim that it does. We publish this status because an agency that offers accessibility should open up its own site. This is not a legal assessment.
Implementation status
After the audit run of 23 August 2026, all eight defects found are fixed. The automated run across 68 passes (17 pages, two window sizes, light and dark appearance) reports no machine-detectable violation of WCAG 2.1 AA. The manual review — keyboard pass, accessible names, focus, structure — is likewise without an open item.
“No machine-detectable violation” does not mean “accessible”. Automated tools find only some barriers; that is why what we did not audit is set out below.
What was audited
Twelve points against WCAG 2.1 AA, in both language versions, light and dark, at 1440 × 900 and 390 × 844 pixels:
- Contrast of text and of controls, in both appearances
- Alternative text for informative images; decorative graphics muted
- Labelling of all form fields, including select fields and consent checkboxes
- Error and status messages: associated, announced, not signalled by colour alone
- Full operability without a mouse, with no keyboard trap
- A visible focus on every control
- Skip link, heading structure, landmarks
- Language marking per language version
- Behaviour with “reduce motion”, at 200% zoom and 320 pixels wide
Pages audited
Home, services and one service detail page, products and one product detail page, work, company, contact, the appointment assistant (step 1 and step 3), privacy, imprint and the error page — each in German and Turkish.
What was found and fixed
Eight defects, none of them blocking, seven classified as serious. All fixed in the code — no overlay, no add-on tool:
- Text colours with insufficient contrast (down to 2.4 : 1 on placeholders)
- No visible focus on three controls in the header
- No skip link to the content
- Calendar days in the appointment assistant without a meaningful name
- Two German labels in the Turkish version
- The step change in the appointment assistant was not announced
Before that, in a separate pass: with the system setting “reduce motion”, sections that fade in stayed invisible — 33 blocks on one page. The most serious defect on this site, and it hit exactly the people the setting is made for.
Known limitations
What we did not audit, and what that means:
- No pass with a blind user. We checked the technical prerequisites (name, role, state, announcements) — not how understandable the result is in daily use.
- No testing with magnification software and no testing of voice control.
- The statement rests on an audit run on one date. Every change to the site can break something; that is why the automated part runs with every change.
- External routes — WhatsApp and the email program — lie outside our site. We cannot vouch for their accessibility. That is why there is also a route on our own site for each of them.

How it was audited
Against a fixed twelve-point framework, so that two people arrive independently at the same result. Automated with axe-core, by hand with the keyboard and a check of accessible names. The framework and the full findings are open in the source of this site.
