Server logs

When the site is opened, our host Vercel Inc. (USA) processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and requested resource. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — without this processing the site can neither be delivered nor protected against abuse. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel.

Hosting and transfer to third countries

This site is fully static and is delivered through Vercel's worldwide content delivery network — from the nearest location in each case. Processing of access data outside the EU, in particular in the USA, can therefore not be ruled out. It is safeguarded by the data processing agreement with Vercel Inc. including the EU standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. We embed no map or advertising services and deliver all fonts locally. For analytics we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — cookie-free, without a cross-device identifier and only after your explicit consent; without it no script is loaded. If you use the WhatsApp route, the terms of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. additionally apply.

Contact form, appointments and product enquiries

When you submit one of our forms, we transmit your details — name, business, email, phone and your message — to our inbox info@creadig.de and send you a confirmation. For delivery we use Resend (Resend Inc., USA) as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give explicitly before sending and can withdraw at any time with effect for the future. We additionally store your enquiry in a database so that we can handle it reliably and trace its progress. That database is operated by Neon, LLC as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR; the data is held in the Frankfurt region (aws-eu-central-1). If no contract comes about, we delete your enquiry 12 months after the last contact. If you take the WhatsApp route instead, the terms of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. apply.

How long we keep things

We delete server logs after 30 days. Enquiries through our forms we keep for up to 12 months after the last contact and then delete them; if a contract comes about, the commercial and tax retention periods of 6 and 10 years respectively apply (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO). Your consent decision stays in your browser's local storage until you change it or clear your browser data.

Fonts

Poppins and JetBrains Mono are delivered locally together with the site. There is no connection to Google Fonts; your IP address is not transmitted to any third party for this.

Consent and local storage

We store your decision from the consent banner in your browser's local storage (key “creadig_consent”). Only with your consent do we additionally remember the appearance (light/dark); without consent that setting applies only for the current session. We do not store the language at all — it is in the page address. No data is transmitted to third parties in the process. You can adjust or withdraw your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” — on withdrawal we remove the affected entries immediately.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). A message to the address below is enough. Independently of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — for our location that is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.

Who processes on our behalf

These service providers process personal data for us — on our instructions, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and, because they are based in the USA, safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. We pass on nothing further.

  Hosting, delivery of the site through the content delivery network, and server logs. After your consent, additionally two separate measurements: Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (how fast the page loads on real visits). Web Analytics records not only page views but also named events: the start and completion of the Betriebscheck (with the maturity score as a band of twenty, not as an exact value), steps in the appointment assistant, clicks on buttons (with page and position), and the submission of an enquiry (with its source). Your name, address, message and individual Betriebscheck answers are not transmitted. Both measurements are cookie-free but process IP address and page path — without consent no script is loaded.

  Storage of your enquiry in our database: name, email address, phone number, business and your message — for the Betriebscheck also your answers. Without this storage every enquiry would have to be searched for in a mailbox; with it, it is processed, traceable and deleted when its retention period ends.
