creaDIG is not an agency that delivers a project and disappears. We are a house that invents its own products, builds them itself and keeps them running — from the brand through the software to artificial intelligence.

What we develop for clients, we operate for ourselves. That substance is what separates a systems house from a presentation.
The path
A house is not built by announcing it.
The beginning
Founded in Osnabrück — as an agency. Brand, presence, individual commissions. Everything that came after grew out of that, not beside it.
Commissions became products
What kept recurring in projects, we built instead of solving it again every time. Four systems of our own: meAI, fibero, CASSAMEA, meahv — invented, built and operated by us.
The house
Based at the ICO InnovationsCentrum Osnabrück. Our own products in operation, client work in Germany and Switzerland — and the same hand that builds picks up the phone afterwards.

About us
A house that grows.
creaDIG started in 2017 as an agency. Commissions became products, products became a systems house — today four systems of our own run under this roof, alongside support for the businesses we built them for.
The team is growing; the next roles are being prepared. How we work today — who leads, who is in the core team, who is joining — is set out below, without varnish.
We do not quote invented headcounts or revenue figures. Our proof is work we have built.

Two languages, one standard
Advice, documents, contracts and ongoing support are available in German and Turkish. The same standard, the same documentation, the same invoice — only in the language in which decisions are made in the business. No interpreter in between and no second, thinner version.

How we work
Founder-led — plus exactly the people a project needs.
We do not tell you how big we are, but how we work. That is the more honest figure and the more useful one for you: afterwards you know who leads your project and who is working on it.
Led by the founder
Every project has one person responsible, and it is always the same one. He runs the first conversation, he designs the system, and he answers the phone when something comes up. No handover from sales to delivery, no passing it to someone who was not there.
A small core team
Small enough that everyone knows what the others are working on. Large enough that one holiday does not stop a project.
Specialists as needed
For whatever a project needs on top — development, copy, strategy — we work with a settled network across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Not bought in anonymously: these are people we have already built with.
